Pidilite has a range of products for the graphic arts industry and has been the market benchmark for decades. That said, for Pidilite, it’s been a roller coaster of 12 months with the business environment facing extraordinary headwinds. “It tested our ability to adapt to such rapid changes and we did pretty well as a business,” said Narayan.

But Narayan is bullish on the packaging industry, particularly the consumer packaging part, which he says will see sustainable growth over the next few years.
The company has recently launched a new pressure-sensitive hotmelt adhesive with technology from Jowat, its JV partner. “In addition, Pidilite has developed several innovative products for the paper converting industry,” informed Narayan.
