Patna-based New Ratan Priya installs Impel Welbound

"The new Welbound perfect binder is easy to operate and also provides good binding quality. We have been able to deliver a large number of books within a short period," said Sudhir Prakash of New Ratan Priya.

The company which began operations in 1999 has four web offset presses from Web King, one Akiyama press and a Kodak CTP device.

"This is our second Welbound perfect binder. Apart from its easy to operate features, we have come to equate the brand to less maintenance and excellent after-sales support," said Prakash.

NRP purchased their first Welbound perfect binder in 2014. They specialise in school book printing; with Jharkhand Council and Research Training (JCERT) and Bihar State Text Book Publishing Corporation (BSTBPC) as their main clients.

"The volume of books for these clients is massive. Recently, we are proud to tell you that we produced 10 lakh books for JCERT's class 10 and 11 in a record month's time," concluded Prakash.
