Q: Your tip to resolve conflicts…
A: Control your emtions and hear the other person with an open mind.

Q: What was the best business deal that you’ve pulled off?
A: Buying the industrial plot adjacent to our current one.

Q: Who do you admire the most in the industry?
A: My husband, Anuj Bhargava.

Q: Most embarrassing moment?
A: Few years ago, I worked in the HR department of an organisation and had arranged lunch for 20 people. To my surprise, the entire team of over 100 people turned up due to a miscommunication. We had to scramble to arrange food and people had to wait. It was the most embarrassing meet ever.

Q: Life is…
A: It is a state of mind at any point in time.  If you wait patiently, it is bound to change its status.

Q: What would be your dream job?
A: To be a kindergarten teacher.

Q: A really nice OOH campaign while travelling? 
A: Indigo airlines advertisements are pretty interesting.

Q: Your hobbies?
A: You can either have kids or have hobbies,  and I have two... kids.
