Customer–centric approach with a strong focus on quality.
 
Which living print person do you most admire? Why?
My father, Ramesh Kejriwal. I think his ability to visualise the future technology needs from the market standpoint is incredible.
 
Your favourite print conference?
Drupa.
 
Which print technology, according to you, is the future? Why?
Digital printing is the fastest print growing technology but the future will be hybrid machines. 
 
Which words or phrases or jargon you overuse?
On time delivery.
 
If you could change one thing about your printing plant, what would it be?
To replace all machines that are more than seven years old…
 
If you were to die and come back as a printing press or software, what would it be?
Ink, as whichever printing press or software you use there is no print without ink.
 
A technology or a thought process you think is a passé for 21st century press?
Today to dream to grow big with old equipment is not easy.
