PrintPack: Techmaster Engineering launches fully automatic envelope making machine
The machine is capable of producing 15,000 envelopes per hour on 70 to 120 gsm paper from 4.5 (width) to 9.5 inch size.
Established in 2006, the company manufactures fully automatic window envelope pasting, window carton pasting, folding, gumming and perforating machines for inland letters and paper folding.
Anil Patel, owner of the firm, said: "We are a four year old company who have a portfolio of nine products in our stable. We are an ISO 9001:2008 and Dun & Bradstreet Global Databse (D&B) certified company. We produce 35 machines in a year."
In India, Techmaster has installed 50 machines at stationery manufacturing units and commercial printers. The company has a single digit export figure in the African and Asian countries. "We hope to soon take it to double digits," said Patel.
