Best ever Print Summit; PWI to seek outlook in 2015

More than 500 print CEO and specialists have confirmed participation at the ninth edition of BMPA’s Print Summit that will take place on Friday, 16 January, 2015 even as BMPA is expecting more ‘spot registration’ that will further push the attendance to a record level.

During the Print Summit, PrintWeek India, one of the media partners of Print Summit 2015, will seek the outlook on 2015 from the print CEOs in attendance.

“The success of Print Summit is not only its excellent attendance, but also the content that is packed in this day-long event,” said Mehul Desai, a managing committee member. “We are extremely pleased with the way things are going. Everything looks wonderful for the Print Summit 2015.”

This year’s summit has a print leader coming all the way from Japan; and a keynote address, which will be delivered by BS Nagesh, the founder of Shoppers' Stop. Yoshiharu Komori, the chairman and managing director of Komori Corporation, Japan, will be discussing the impending amalgamation of technologies and Komori’s association with Landa Corporation.

In addition, Print Summit member Iqbal Kherodawala will curate a panel discussion with a group consisting of Haresh Mehta of Jayna Packaging, Mumbai; Harsha Paruchuri of Pragati Pack, Hyderabad; Rajesh Kulkarni of Keetronics, Pune; and Jalaluddin Kabeer of Delta Printing Press, Dubai. The emphasis during the panel discussion will be innovation and its impact on future business and profitability.

Keeping in view the theme of future business and profitability and reports that the Indian markets have witnessed a buoyant trend that indicates better profit growth prospects for 2015, PrintWeek India plans to talk to print CEOs on what they think the outlook for print business in 2015 will be.
