Pitney Bowes showcases mailroom automation solutions at Office Expo

Pitney Bowes (PB) India, demonstrated its innovative mailstream technology at the Office Expo,concurrently held along the Media Expo, on indoor and outdoor advertising solutions in Hall 18 of Pragati Maidan in New Delhi from 30 July to 1 August 2010.

H Sivaramakrishnan, director marketing, Pitney Bowes India said: "There is a huge outlay of office documents in organisations and yet they are unaware about mailroom automation benefits. Our prime target is any office organisation with more than 400 employees and five branches with an average consumption of 500 plus letters."

Products like desk top inserters DI 950, digital franking technology DM 100i for post office, personalised address printers DA 95F, document shredders and self mailer was on display at the PB stall in the Office Expo.

"For the Indian market, we have launched a product for normal routine office communication - the DI600 FastPac inserting system, for purpose of direct marketing, advanced invoicing and information mailings," added Sivaramakrishnan.

"PB products automate the flow of office printing, inserting, sorting along with tax and security evidencing and help preserve data quality and integrity," said Amardeep Dhingra, assistant manager, product marketing at PB India.
