"Memjet is well known for their blistering-fast printheads giving high resolution of 1,600x1,600 dpi at 1.1 pl drop size. The Memjet printhead uses unique and revolutionary "waterfall" technology to jet ink on the page via 70,000+ ink nozzles, enabling vivid color printing as fast as 18 meters per minute," said Atul Gandhi, director at Macart.

Macart’s inkjet label kit Jetart Mini boasts of small footprint thanks to the vertical architecture.

Gandhi added, “Memjet manufactures 8.5-inch single printhead, the only in the world, with five channels. It is the right choice for our label printer."

Jetart Mini is ideally suited for high-speed high-resolution print-on-demand labels on various media types with capabilities to change the content on the fly.

This includes applications like pressure-sensitive labels, retail tags, bar-coding, professional documents.

Macart is exhibiting its direct-to-corrugated box printer Boxjet at the IndiaCorr Expo in Mumbai from 8-10 September 2016.

"This printer is digital and can print in full color at speed more than 500mm/sec, this means it can print more than 3,000 boxes of 500mm length in a hour. With this new technology there is no need of offset plates as the ink is directly deposited on the substrate using piezoelectric inkjet printheads."
