HP plans big for Drupa 2012

HP’s 4,952 sq/mts (53,300 sq/ft) stand at Drupa - in hall four of Messe Düsseldorf - will be Drupa’s second largest exhibitor after Heidelberg and the tradeshow’s largest exhibitor of digital printing technologies.

At Drupa 2012, May 3-16 in Dusseldorf, Germany, HP will showcase new digital printing solutions and applications.

The HP stand will be divided into demonstration areas for general commercial; photo specialty; publishing, direct mail and transaction printing; labels, flexible packaging and folding cartons; and sign and display printing. The stand will feature a full range of tools and programmes available to print service providers (PSPs) through the HP Capture business development programme, including the Dscoop HP users’ group.

The stand will feature its range of graphic arts technologies, including: HP Indigo digital presses; HP inkjet web presses; HP large-format systems; HP Specialty printing systems inkjet solutions.

“HP digital press page volume continues with high double digit growth per quarter and fuel profitable business growth for our customers,” said Puneet Chadha of HP India.

HP will also showcase new HP Smartstream workflow solutions; HP exstream communications management technologies; HP web-to-print and MIS solutions based on Hiflex technology; advanced HP service and support offerings; and third-party software and finishing systems from HP Graphics Solutions Partner Programme members.

In each area HP will feature end-to-end solutions along with HP partners, HP PSP services, and HP Financial services.
