Galaxy Propac expects to sell 24 machines in a year

New Delhi-based Galaxy Propac, a joint venture between JN Arora and Neeraj Dargan, has sold five machines since the beginning of 2012, and plans to convert this sales figure in to double digit by the end of this calendar year.

Neeraj Dargan, director, Galaxy Propac, said, “Being the maiden Drupa and slow economic scenario, we were not expacting magic at the exhibition. But as far as our sales figure concern we are on the way to match it.”

The five machines sold by Galaxy include Shanghai Yoco automatic die-cutters at Noida-based Super Cassettes and Delhi-based Sangat Printers. It has also sold one folder gluer and die-cutter at Indore-based Vijayshree Printers, Pektek flute laminators at TCPL (Goa), Maurya Packaging (Okhla), Any Graphics (Noida), are among the deals which are in the process of maturing.

“The paper board carton inspection machine from Shanghai Yoco at Kumar Printers is a first of its kind in India. It is suitable for all point of quality inspection, and works phenomenally for those who are engaged in paper board packaging, especially pharmaceutical packaging printing works,” said Dargan.

In March, the dealer for few Chinese finishing equipment brands shifted to its larger premises in the Naraina Industrial Area.
