Food Technology to be part of PackPlus show

The Food Technology Show; a platform for the leading technology will be held during the PackPlus 2010 exhibition from 3-6 December at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.

The exhibition will hold a gathering of the decision makers, entrepreneurs and technologists dealing in the food processing and packaging sector. Here they will come in contact with the world class suppliers of food processing and ancillary equipment including integrated packaging lines.

The exhibitors list includes countries like Italy, Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, Germany, France, USA, Canada, Turkey, Japan, South Korea, China, Spain, Taiwan and India.

The annual PackAge Conference that is held along with the PackPlus exhibition, will focus on developments in package converting technologies - and integrated food processing and packaging.

To feature the importance that the association adds to the show Peruz Khambata, president, AIFPA said: "AIFPA is adapted to work with government, academia, farmers, consumer bodies and technology partners like Print-Packaging.com ensuring that the food processing sector is part of the government agenda for the inclusive growth of India".

Anil Arora, president of PCPL, said: "The Food Technology Show at PackPlus 2010 will give a lot of added value to the visitors from the food industry and will form the largest segment of the attendees to the event".

The Food Technology Show is supported by The Ministry of Food Processing Industries (MOFPI) and Agricultural & Processed Food Products Export Development Authority (APEDA).

The All India Food Processors Association (AIFPA), established in the year 1943 is dedicated to develop food processing industries and has entered into a partnership with Print-Packaging.com, a portal for the Indian printing, packaging and signage industries. Together they have mooted the show.
