Esko gears up with HD flexo for labels and updated Suite 12 for Labelexpo Europe 2013
Labelexpo Europe 2013, scheduled for 24-27 September at the Brussels Expo in Belgium, will be a platform to Esko's full HD flexo solution for labels and an updated Suite 12 along with the CDI digital flexo plate imagers.

The newest entrant, HD flexo solution for labels, features adapted screening and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the label and tag industry. It, according to a company statement, delivers high quality with impactful solids, smoother highlights and expanded colour gamut, along with enhanced print stability and reduction of gear marks when using gear-driven presses.
The integrated solution supplier has introduced its HD flexo solution for labels after a successful stint with the Full HD flexo for flexible packaging, which it introduced in April 2013.

At its stand, Esko will demonstrate to the visitors the various applications possible with Full HD flexo for labels and the quality of production with the integration of Esko solutions. A special 'Flexo Corner' is dedicated for this purpose.

The latest version of the Suite 12 on various workstations will highlight the added features of the software. This includes; integration with on-press visual inspection systems, compliance and content management, and combi-press support.

At the show, Esko will team up with its partners like CERM, CHILI Publish, Dantex, Domino, DuPont, Durst, Epson, HP, Stork and Wink to demonstrate solutions across all areas of label and tag creation: from design and workflow automation to flexo platemaking, digital printing, finishing and more.
Esko's solutions, which are used for artwork creation, pre-press and workflow for label production on inkjet presses, will be modeled through the Labelexpo Technology workshop, which, this year, is themed around inkjet and labels.
