BST Sayona organises Quality Day seminar

The seminar highlighted various products from BST Sayona through presentations and case studies. The products included BST Q Centre which is a product line for central control of various quality assurance, Pro Control Thickness, Density Measurement Systems and Wintriss 100% Surface Inspection System and defect classification system.

The key speakers for the event were C N Murthy, management consultant and coach, CN Consulting and Ramesh Krishnamurthy, procurement operations director, South Asia, Hindustan Unilever. The two guest speakers stressed on the importance of meeting the customer’s demands by harnessing the best technology available. Also, the importance of partnership between the customer and supplier for growth in a business was highlighted.

Stressing on the importance of partnership Murthy said, “The demand of present day society is that the partnership with suppliers has to become much closer” He further added that, “Technology is so intense, knowledge is so complex and to be able to deliver you need to be master in many fields. I believe it’s impossible for any one party to be a master of the technology in all these various fields and that is why you need partnerships.”
