Virender Kasana, owner of Amit Electrostat said, “Service and delivery at customer's doorstep are the keys as nowadays it’s an open market for everyone and most of customers know about the economics of the business.”

The latest installation, which takes the count to six, makes Dharam Digital the biggest customer of Canon. Now, Amit Electrostat has four sister concerns including Dharam Reprographic, Verma Electrostat, Sumit Fax and Dharam Digital Press. Kasana brothers, Virender and Mahendra head the five digital printing companies.

Kasana also hinted that the company is in the process of establishing many more print centres. He said, “We will observe the output of these printing centres and in future we are planning to open a printing facility in the western part of country.”

The Canon C7010VP, which is capable of printing on coated as well as uncoated paper ranging from 60 to 325 gsm offers value-added features such as variable data printing at 1,200x1,200 dpi resolution.

Virender further added that the expansion plans are being formulated targeting walk-in customers, book publishers with small demand and photo album customers. He also said that the company will try to double its existing printing volume in the next couple of months.
