[China Print 2013]: India Day to be celebrated at China

India day will be celebrated at The China Print show by North India Printers Association (NIPA) in collaboration with Printing Equipment Industries Association of China (PEIAC) and China Print Show Company (CPSC). India day will be celebrated by hoisting the Indian national flag on 16 May, 2013 in Beijing.

B Bala Bhaskar, deputy chief of mission, Embassy of India in Beijing will be the chief guest for the occasion. The India Day ceremony will also be addressed by Govind Bhargava, president, All India Federation of Master Printers (AIFMP) and K S Khurana, president, Indian Printing, Packaging and Allied Machinery Manufacturers Association (IPAMA).

The event was announced during the China Print delegation meet that was held at the office of Offset Printers Association (OPA). A 46-member delegation under the banner of OPA will attend the show with the support of Ministry of MSME, Government of India under International Cooperation Scheme.

Speaking during the meet Parveen Aggarwal, president, OPA, said, “China Print is one of the biggest trade shows devoted to the printing and packaging sector. He further added that, “The OPA delegation is the largest delegation from any country.”

The directory of OPA delegation visiting the show and a special booklet about the overview of printing and packaging industry of India was released during the meet. Aggarwal informed that the booklet will be distributed during India Day celebrations at the show.

Aggarwal concluded by thanking the ministry of MSME for supporting the visit of OPA delegation.
