OnPrintShop has 600+ active solution users worldwide with a client base of over 50 in India of which it includes Print Nation, Tituprint, Inkflap, and NP Label.

The W2P solution helps printers to automate the ordering process for B2C, B2B, resellers, and sales agents and reduces manual as well as repetitive tasks once an order is confirmed.

OnPrintShop has upgraded its solution five times in the last two years from 5.4 to 6.3 catering to the changing needs of the customers.

It has also launched highly product-specific configurable HTML5 & mobile responsive designer studios for the photo calendar and photo book applications.

The software can be integrated with the accounting, MIS, workflow, and imposition software.

Naresh Boradia of OnPrintShop said, “Print order management helps SMEs to large print companies increase productivity, streamline and automate invoicing, job tickets, shipping labels, status updates, reports. It also has a dashboard for real-time department-wise order updates, reduces delivery and repetitive tasks.”

OnPrintShop’s Solution has been developed with the latest online technology Boot Strap to deliver mobile-responsive experiences, PDF library for generating high-resolution print-ready files, PHP and other online technologies.

Speaking on the USP of the software, Boradia said, “One single product supports a wide range of print products be it commercial, wide-format, photobooks and calendars, promotional products, books, labels, and invitations and multiple sales channels, GST management, flexible to customize as per printers’ changing business needs.”

The complete solution is evolved over 12+ years and has been awarded three times at Graph Expo USA.

Commenting on the need to implement a Web2Print solution, Boradia added, “The main worry of any printer is as to how to consistently increase the sales and reduce the in-house work and pre-press cost with the same number of resources that they have at their current stage. People spending time at our booth will be enlightened with key-points to take their print business at a higher level along with educating their teams for constant growth and success.”

With smartphones coming in, people spending more of their time online and answers to everything on the internet; the forecast that OnPrintShop made is that of more print businesses will be automated in the coming two years.

Stressing on the drastic increase in the sales of its customers after implementing the OnPrintStop’s software, Boradia said, “We have been catering to printers who have been struggling in their day-to-day operations and were losing customers with the ever-changing print industry. Now the same printers are recommending us to their fellow-printer and are promoting automation to every printer that they interact with.”
