Tamil Nadu Textbook Corporation invites tenders for textbook printing
The Tamil Nadu Textbook Corporation (TNTBC), Chennai has invited tenders for sheetfed offset printing in single or multi-colour with CTP / wipe-on plate (54.5 x 84 cm, 58 x 84 cm, 67 x 94 cm).

TNTBC will supply the printers with the required quantity of printing paper and board for the work entrusted.
The tender is expected to be submitted in two divisions; technical bid and price bid. The first stage enables the TNTBC to know whether the bidder is technically competent and capable of executing the order. Those who qualify in the first stage will be eligible to take part in the second stage.
The closure date for the tender is 16 November.

TNTBC is a Tamil Nadu Government undertaking formed in the year 1970 to ensure availability of quality textbooks to students from grade one to 12, free of cost and in some cases at affordable price.
As on date, the corporation has printed a total of 513 titles consisting of 540 textbooks as well as books for vocational training and source books for diploma in teachers’ education.
