Surya Xerox World invests in its tenth Canon

Surya Xerox World upgrades its Canon family with the constant additions of new and advanced models. The latest member being added to the family is a brand-new ImagePress V700 digital colour production system from Canon India. 

Jayant Patel, owner of Surya Xerox World, said the company relies only on Canon digital presses for printing and production of varied prints and finished products. 

He said, “Over the years, we have been using Canon digital presses. Currently, there are ten Canon printers running in our production setup, which include the iPR V700 as the latest. Installed in August last year, this new Canon colour digital press is versatile among all models, which consist of iPR C650 and others. In a nutshell, we call iPR V700 a compact digital press of small footprint with big results.”               

When it comes to salient features and unique capabilities of the new iPR V700, this Canon digital press is engineered to run at a speed of 70 A4 ppm for printing graphics in 2,400x2,400-dpi. Further, this digital press is highly flexible to handle varied paper grammages starting from 52- up to 350-gsm and sizes including SRA3, A3, A4, and long sheets up to 1300mm. Moreover, it also flexibly handles varied media, such as covers, envelopes, synthetics, coated and luxury textured papers.

Patel states that iPR V700 is vital to high-quality printing, which in turn has enhanced Surya Xerox World’s digitally printed graphics and end-products. Some of the key end-products which the print shop caters to customers with diverse backgrounds from different sectors include visiting cards, brochures, catalogues, bill books, etc. Patel added that in addition to digital printing, they engage in other activities like mug and t-shirt printing as well as vinyl printing for signage graphics using a line of other machines of different formats, technologies, and configurations.

Patel asserted that the brand ‘Canon’ stands for quality and consistency for them. “In addition to the machines, we feel grateful to the post-sales service support which we recurrently get from the team Canon India, who help us unconditionally any time when needed under any circumstance.”
