Shri Vidyasagar Graphics, a signage and branding solutions provider with bases in Indore and Jaipur, has installed the Iecho TK4S3516 digital cutting machine with the aim of adding speed, precision and versatility to its production floor.
The large-format cutter is equipped with a CCD camera to register printed marks for accurate cutting and a V-grooving tool that enables folding of thick materials by cutting at a 45-degree angle. It can handle a wide variety of substrates, including paper, board, corrugated, sunboard, vinyl, foam and bubble guard, making it particularly suited for the firm’s diverse portfolio of display and fabrication projects.
Sachin Jain, managing director at Shri Vidyasagar Graphics, said the investment has already delivered tangible results. “Earlier, cutting jobs would take us eight to ten hours. With the Iecho, the same work is completed in five to six hours. The improvement in turnaround time has been significant and has allowed us to scale up production,” he explained.
Installation of the machine was completed in three to four days. Jain described the process as smooth despite minor challenges in logistics, noting that his team was able to begin production immediately after setup.
For Shri Vidyasagar Graphics, which has been in the industry for more than 15 years and also runs equipment from brands like HP and Roland, the new iEcho represents a strategic upgrade. “The finishing quality, price point and overall versatility of the machine make it ideal for our needs,” Jain said.
With the TK4S3516, the company is now positioned to deliver faster, more consistent work across large-format jobs, strengthening its reputation in the competitive display and signage segment.
