Since 1990, I have been supporting my husband in our family business. My role is to manage the screen printing unit. My responsibility is also include maintaining records of orders being received and it's updates such as when to be delivered, what kind of job to be printed, etc.

Screen printing is the best technique to apply UV special effects, and delight our customers. I believe screen printing with value addition is the easiest way for women to earn money and to fulfill their dreams.
When I joined our family business, it was bit difficult for me to maintain the manual screen printing set up as it used to be tedious and our press used to be shabby. Now we have moved to an automated solution along with a complete screen making set up, which has made my work easier than before.
