Sankoch Gaur, director technical, SASG UV Solutions, said, “One of our key highlights in IntraPac India 2025 will be the rigid box making machines that have been added new to our product line-up this year. We have procured the machines from a principal based in Shenzhen, China.”

He added that the newly introduced rigid box-making machines in SASG’s product line-up are adhered to global standards and comparatively cost-efficient.

In addition to the rigid box-making machines, SASG’s key highlights during the expo will also include an array of auxiliary equipment for UV coating and curing. The company’s auxiliary or supporting systems include the anilox coating modules or attachments, stackers, pneumatic screen printing machines, UV lamps, etc. Anilox coating modules are perfect for precise ink transfer and specific hybrid or drip off coatings. Likewise, stackers are high-speed and often integrated with UV curing systems and conveyer for efficient paper collection.

As authentic auxiliary equipment, SASG offers vigorously designed and engineered screen printing machines for using in conjunction with UV coating for spot applications. Also, the company provides a range of UV lamps, which are available either for replacement or as units for some specific applications. Industrial chillers, which are available either in air-cooled and water-cooled models, will also be among the key highlights at SASG’s stall during IntraPac India 2025.

“Unlike the other models in their class, our industrial chillers are made with advanced features and capabilities to regulate temperature of UV lamps and all other associated systems efficiently. Also, these advanced chillers utterly control energy, noise, etc.” Gaur said.

Air-cooled models use ambient air to dissipate heat and suitable for locating around outdoor environments. On the other hand, water-cooled models transfer heat to water that is cooled thereafter, typically using a cooling tower. Both the models use refrigeration cycle with compressor, condenser, evaporator, and expansion valve for effectively cooling down a fluid.

A team of experts from SASG will be present at the company’s stall on all four days of IntraPac India 2025 for mutual discussions and guidance with trade visitors over the machines and solutions on display.

Gaur concluded, “We welcome everyone, either you could be our existing client or somebody new with our machines and technologies, to our stall during the expo where we all can discuss how SASG is ready to help you in discovering all new prospects, fresh opportunities, and upgraded capabilities to boost businesses to a whole new elevation.”
