Samadhan ERP’s participation in IndiaCorr Expo dates back to 2013. Each year, the company has witnessed new machinery, smarter processes, and evolving ways of running the business.

IndiaCorr is a chance for Samadhan ERP to display an industry-specific ERP solution for corrugation, folding carton and paper.

By working closely with corrugated box manufacturers, Samadhan aims to address most of the challenges and bring everything together in one integrated system. The software, designed to help the corrugators, is built on Microsoft and available on Microsoft AppSource.

Samadhan will be showcasing its all-in-one solution for corrugation that connects costing, production, and customer service from pre-sales. It has comprehensive costing dashboards, wastage, deckle optimisation feature for paper, industry-specific reports and Power BI.

With features like interoperability, manufacturers can set approvals, extract quotes from Outlook, manage MS Teams, and integrate with machines integration. It comes with AI-based copilot features such as payment predictions and an inbuilt sustainability tracker.

Talking about the solution, Vivek Mukherjee from Samadhan ERP explained, “Most ERP systems still treat FSC as an afterthought. We have built a sustainability feature in the corrugated Samadhan ERP and an Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) feature in Flexible Packaging Samadhan.”

It tracks every reel from entry to consumption, shows wastage by job, shift, or machine, and builds quotes on actual costs. It optimises deckle planning to cut waste and aligns sales with production to get the desired results.

Talking about the show, Mukherjee said, “For us, the show is about sitting across the table with corrugated box manufacturers and listening to their challenges like reels going untracked, orders being rejected, quality mismatches, delayed payments, re-work, and endless hours lost in manual fixes.”

He claims, “Our solutions take care of the repetitive tasks, like costing or deckle planning, and give companies a clear digital view of what’s happening across sales, finance, and production. It is also easier to track sustainability in real time, so it becomes part of daily operations rather than an afterthought.”

Mukherjee shared his thoughts about the industry and crunched some numbers. He said, “The Indian corrugated boxes market was around USD 7.8-billion in 2024 and is projected to grow at a CAGR of about 9.6% to reach USD 18.6-billion by 2033. The packaging industry overall in India is growing at 22-25% annually, with corrugated packaging expected to grow 10-12%, according to IMARC Group's report.”

Beyond India, Samadhan has been part of global events, including TAPPI corrugation and packaging events in the USA, and this year, it will also be present at the Paper Exhibition in Dubai in October 2025.
