Ridha Prints upgrades productivity with new Canon
Salem, Tamil Nadu-based Ridha Prints has been an aficionado of Canon digital printing technology for years. The company’s production facility is now equipped with five magnificent Canon digital production presses, among which the latest one being an ImagePress V800. Addition of the new unit to the existing family of Canon machines at Ridha Prints is the company’s strategic move to enhance print quality and magnify the productivity of their digitally printed graphics and finished products.

Operating at the speed of 80 (A4 size)ppm (pages per minute), iPR V800 produces graphic prints in the industry’s leading resolution of 2400x2400dpi. It prints on varied thin and thick media, starting from 52- up to 350-gsm. Its media flexibility is remarkable as it seamlessly handles a wide range encompassing covers, envelopes, synthetics, coated & luxury textured papers, and long sheets of 1300mm. Automated features of iPR V800 include the inline colour calibration and advanced registration which in turn make it suitable for handling diverse media and complex jobs without much operator intervention.
Five imperative Canon production presses now benchmarking quality and productive digital printing at Ridha Print are the two iPR V800 units complemented by three iR ADV monochrome units. “Digital printing at our facility is perfectly integrated with offset printing for meeting the whole varieties of print demands from our customers from diverse industrial clusters, such as FMCG, pharmaceutical, apparel, and electronics,” Mohamedrafi said, adding, “Our current focus is on high-quality book printing with no MOQ (minimum order quantity) for everyone including authors, students, and publishers.”
