At the Book Fair, Repro will mark its presence with a 400sq/mt space, which will also include participation of a few other publishers, who will showcase the advantages of the e-learning platform. Also present at the Repro stall will be delegates from Apple and Intel, who will provide the publishers a detailed outlook of the technology.

Repro will target its audience, the schools, with a pre-fair event for about 300-400 participating school principals. “The idea is to,” said Jyotsna Chugh, vice president, corporate communications, “give them a snapshot of Rapples; its applicability and advantages. Scheduled for 14 February, this event will be held at the Taj Palace, in association with Times NIE.

The second in the series of events is a publishing networking dinner organised on 20 February at the India Habitat Centre for the special launch of Rapples among the publishing community.

For Repro, which has, from Drupa 2008 to now, been adding a raft of kit, bolstering existing set-up, establishing a new unit in Surat, the launch of Rapples is most strategic. This new addition in the portfolio will extend Repro’s reach from being an end-to-end solution for all activities – content, digitalisation, printing, and fulfilment to e-learning solution provider.

Additionally, the firm has organised a game ‘Rambola’ on each day for the visitors at its stall. The game gives the participant a chance to win the tablet.
