All the samples were printed on a Gallus EM 280 eight-colour flexo label press.

The Baxter International (5,000 running metres) sample is a complex multilayer label, printed entirely inline with precision and a unique custom shape. It was produced on PP 50-micron film to minimise plastic usage while maintaining durability and compliance.

The second sample for Baxter International (3,000 running metres) features a custom die-cut shape. The design strikes a fine balance between sustainability and high-performance requirements.

The Zydus Lifesciences (800 running metres) sample was printed on a clear film using delam-relam technology, executed entirely inline with three special colours. It includes critical information lines printed on the adhesive side at the top-right cover for applicator visibility.

The second sample for Zydus Lifesciences (1,100 running metres) was executed inline with two special colours. Post-printing, the liner is seamlessly re-laminated to the substrate, delivering both precision and production efficiency.
