Gayathri machinery is using Pamex as a launch pad to re-launch two wire stitching machines from Hohner, Germany. Uday Grover, director of Gayathri machinery, said, “We are re-launching two machines from our German principal — the Hohner Economy 25/40 and the Hohner Exact.” The Hohner Economy 25/40 is a versatile machine that can staple from two sheets up to books of 40-mm thickness. The Hohner Exact, meanwhile, is a multi-head machine capable of stapling two or four pins simultaneously. “We sold more than 50 Exact machines between 2010 and 2016 for the notebook segment,” Grover said. The Hohner Exact is positioned towards digital printers, where quality is the paramount requirement. In addition, the company will also showcase its range of Grover stitching wires.

Gew uv

GEW and its distributor, GEW spares and service, will be at Pamex 2026, where they will highlight a range of UV lamp and UV LED curing systems for printing, coating, and converting applications. GEW is a well-established name in the narrow-web flexo market, where its air-cooled UV LED curing system, AeroLED2, is widely used. The AeroLED2 will be on display at the show. GEW products are ArcLED compatible, allowing printers to interchange between UV arc and UV LED technology on the same press using the same GEW casing. This approach future-proofs curing systems for printers not yet ready to fully commit to UV LED.

Marcus Greenbrook, international sales director at GEW, said, “India is a growing market, and both GEW and GEW spares and service are uniquely positioned to bring quality UV curing systems to an Indian market currently flooded with low-quality alternatives.” He added, “At the show, we are looking to engage with customers in narrow-web flexo and sheetfed offset applications who want to take the next step in their UV curing journey.”

The company will also introduce a diagnostic framework that analyses growth, operations, automation, and role clarity before recommending solutions. These tools are designed to address issues such as incorrect costing, missed follow-ups, scrap losses, people dependency, and owner-driven operations.
