The Indian Printing Packaging & Allied Machinery Manufacturers’ Association (IPAMA) has announced that the second IntraPac India exhibition is scheduled to take place at the India Expo Centre, Greater Noida on 10-13 December 2025.

This prestigious event will showcase key segments of packaging and processing, including food, beverage, confectionary, plastic packaging, pharma and cosmetics, rigid packaging, glass packaging, automation and robotics, corrugation, cutting machinery, and more.

The exhibition offers bare and shell space options at competitive rates of INR 8,500 and INR 9,500 per square meter respectively, with an early bird discount of INR 1000 per sqm still available. IPAMA has already finalised various arrangements related to the exhibition as the event date approaches rapidly.

To ensure hassle-free entry and reduce on-site wait times, IPAMA has launched online visitor registration. Registered visitors can now conveniently obtain their eBadges in advance and use them for direct access to the exhibition halls. As per established protocol, children below 18 years of age will be permitted entry only with prior written approval from the organiser.

Marketing efforts for the exhibition are ongoing, resulting in 145 companies already securing their space. The total space booked stands at 4,876-sqmt (net), surpassing 25% of the total space booked in the previous edition.

Jaiveer Singh, president of IPAMA, highlighted the immense potential of the Indian packaging industry, which is poised for robust growth with a projected Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) of 18-20%. This growth is driven by factors such as the expanding retail and e-commerce sectors, rising demand for convenience foods, and advancements in packaging technology. IntraPac India serves as a pivotal platform for companies seeking to enter or expand their presence in the Indian market.

KS Maan, chairman, IntraPac India Committee, said “We are pleased to announce the second edition of IntraPac India, a focused platform for the packaging and processing industry. With growing participation from key sectors like food, beverage, pharma, cosmetics, and more, this exhibition promises to be bigger and better. I encourage all stakeholders to register early and be a part of this dynamic industry gathering.”
