Nippon Color crosses more than 350 CTP installations
Mumbai-based Nippon Color, the distributor for Kodak, Cron and Dotline CTP platesetter has installed more than 350 platesetters in India.

Jayant Pardiwala, managing director at Nippon Color, said, “We have been very aggressive in selling the CTP platesetters. Wehave got good support from companies like Kodak, Cron and Dotline.”
Meanwhile, Nippon Color recently secured an order for five CTPplatesetters. This include orders from Parksons Packaging in Daman for Kodak TS800(F), Hira Prints in Mumbai for TS800(F), K M Solutions in Pune for Cron UVP4632EX, Surya Color Scan in New Delhi for Cron UVP4648EX and Arthome in Jalandhar for UVP4632EX CTP platesetter.
Pardiwala said, “These orders are very important to us as itincludes print firms like Parksons Packaging and Hira Prints.”
Besides targeting installation of 25 CTP platesetters till 31 March 2013, Nippon Color is also concentrating on the digital segmentalong with Xerox.
