As per the agreement, NBG will be dealing with the marketing and sales and Webtech will be manufacturing top loading flexo presses with NBG continuing to produce its servo driven presses.

Also, both the companies have agreed to work together in developing advanced label printing solutions in the future.

Commenting on the agreement, Dr SK Garg, managing director of NBG said, “We have been working in packaging and labels for five years, and we believe this joint venture would add value to our product line and give customers better products and service.”

Sabhajeet Singh of Webtech said, “Looking at the upcoming demand for quality flexo presses, this would enable the companies to invest into research and development of advanced and international standard machines in India and thus giving make in India concept a boost.”

NBG Printographic is a manufacturer and supplier of printing and packaging solutions. At Pamex, NBG successfully inked the deals for Chinese-made Hongming’s rigid box line to Pragati and Funskool.

Faridabad-based Webtech Engineering deals in the machine manufacturing in the label, packaging, security, stationery printing and converting segments.
