The company also showcased its special rolls used for screen-type raised effects, ATAC, and high density white, AHDW. It also showcased our cleaning solutions and refurbishment programmes which is a driving force for sustainable manufacturing.

Sandeep Sharma of Acme Rolltech said, “As Labelexpo returns after a gap of four years, we are expecting a good footfall. The start is already looking good. Though we started our business in 2019, we had a presence in Labelexpo 2018. At the time, however, we hadn’t started manufacturing and not many people knew about us and what we were doing. This year, however, it is different and unique as now everyone in the label industry knows us.”

Acme launched ATAC product for screen-type raise effect results for the label industry last year. Now, customers can get the same effect on a flexo press with a single anilox ATAC, without investing in costly screen units and the recurrent cost of screen plates.

The AHDW, other the other hand, offers highest opacity for your white inks in the narrow-web label industry.

Sharma added, “This is an important platform for us to engage with customers. At the same time, it gives us the opportunity to collaborate, discuss and share the new developments, as we are launching our new training and technology, ACE. This is going to help flexo label printers in many ways, including productivity, achieving higher debts, removing challenges like in-spiting.”
