“At Innova, we believe in providing the best quality on a given time to our customers. We are glad to choose Veriset as our pre-press solution since it meets all our demands. It is equipped with TH5 head, which images precise and accurate dots leading to higher tonal stability and exposure uniformity, helping us to produce superior quality products,” Akash Pabbi, of the directors at Innova, said.

Spread over a 45,000-sqft area, the Innova shopfloor houses innovative solutions, processes, and technology.

Akshay Sai, managing director, Innova, said, “Sustainability is deep-rooted in our system. When we learned that the Veriset has a cooling system that reduces power consumption to only 380 watts while imaging, saving up to 95% power compared to other CTP devices, we were convinced. And the added advantage is that it doesn’t require additional power for the debris removal system,” Pabbi said.

The Kodak Veriset T800 Platesetter offers reliable platemaking of up to 22 eight-page plates per hour at throughput of 2400-dpi. This delivers the stability and reliability of Kodak’s thermal CTP technology at an exceptional value. This robust external-drum thermal CTP device has been specifically designed for the demanding needs of general commercial, publication, and packaging printers. With a compact design, it also minimises the space requirements.

Stringent quality-controlled production practices and ISO 9001-2015 certification for quality in production states the commitment of Innova Printing and Packaging.

“Kodak’s New Lens Contamination Avoidance (LCA) technology enables compatibility with low to medium debris generating plates offering maximum plate compatibility. This is quite impressive for us since it reduces plate costs without needing to add a debris removal system.” Vijay Vardhan Pabbi, managing director at Innova Printing and Packaging, said.

“The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams. This quote goes well with the founders of Innova, said Manish Aggarwal, GM, sales, South at Insight Print Communication. “When I met these three youngsters in the last PrintPack India show, they were just starting. I have seen them innovating and growing within these two years.”
