Indas Analytics has taken on the role of ERP Partner for the PrintWeek Awards 2025, a move that reflects its mission to drive automation and data-led decision-making in print and packaging.

Parmeshwar Patidar, director of Indas Analytics, said, “Our role is to enable the industry to embrace integrated, automated and data-driven solutions that deliver process excellence, ensure traceability and enhance profitability. This partnership also serves as a platform to inspire printers to adopt sustainable and innovative practices.”

The company’s Indus Print ERP platform is central to this mission. Its latest features include AI-driven cost estimation, QR-based inventory management, smart scheduling and a dashboard-led decision support system. Patidar stated, “These innovations simplify complex workflows, reduce errors and provide actionable insights that enable faster and more accurate decisions. By freeing businesses to focus on quality and customer value, Indus Print ERP empowers printers to deliver results worthy of recognition at the Awards.”

Sustainability is built into the system rather than treated as an add-on. Automated production tracking reduces waste and energy use, while the decision support system optimises resources. Patidar explained, “Indus Print ERP provides end-to-end traceability of FSC and PEFC-certified materials, helping manufacturers meet international benchmarks. By embedding sustainability into operations, we enable printers to lower their ecological footprint while strengthening competitiveness.”

Recent product developments highlight Indas Analytics’ focus on productivity. The AI chatbot for cost estimation and reporting, introduced at PrintPack 2025, reduces estimation turnaround times by up to 70%. The Print Pulse application improves on-time delivery assurance and real-time shop-floor visibility. Together with strengthened CRM and HRM modules, these solutions create what Patidar called “a customised AI-based apps ecosystem that addresses unique business challenges.”

Indas Analytics positions itself as more than a software vendor. Patidar said, “Through our PPA-Framework of productivity, efficiency, profitability and scalability, we mentor SMEs to build efficient and future-ready operations. Our Print Pathshala initiative further empowers professionals with knowledge and best practices.”

Patidar concluded, “By combining technology and education, we aim to strengthen the Indian print industry’s global competitiveness. This aligns perfectly with the PrintWeek Awards’ mission to celebrate quality, innovation and sustainability.”
