HL Printech to display its digital plates at Print & Pack World Expo

HL Printech Solutions announces its exhibit at the Print & Pack World Expo 2023, which will be held at Palace Grounds in Bengaluru, from 26 to 29 May. The company will unveil its UV CTP and thermal offset plates at stand C21.

HL Printech will present its prolific range of UV CTP and thermal offset printing plates over their booth space C21 during the show. The company specialises in producing and delivering CTP solutions for the print and packaging industries.

It is currently manufacturing UV CTP plate under the brand name - HL Everest and thermal plate, under the brand name HL Atlas. At Print & Pack World, the company will be showcasing its flagship product - Everest UV CTP plate along with the Atlas digital thermal plates. HL Everest UV CTP Plate is designed to provide a high-resolution and high-speed imaging on all UV CTP plate setters. HL Everest UV CTP Plate uses UV laser diode technology and is capable of reproducing 2-98% dots, along with 200 LPI.

Speaking on the participation, Akash Sahu, director of the company said, “Print & Pack World Expo appears to be a promising platform to connect and network with our existing and prospective buyers at the root level, those converging from every print or publishing buying channel in India and around the world.” “We look forward to Print & Pack World Expo as a business avenue to unleash new opportunities and strengthen trade relations with the southern markets of India,” he added.

Print & Pack World, is a trade show for the print and packaging sector that aims to raise awareness and augment Indian printing and packaging capabilities. HL Printech will join the fleet of 300 exhibitors to meet and market its brand to over 20,000 visitors including printers and print buyers, publishers, converters, corrugated box manufacturers, the pay-per-print businesses and media production houses.

The four-day show at the Palace Grounds Bengaluru, promises to offer an opportunity to the exhibitors and visitors to connect and interact with the professional experts on the most recent market innovations and remunerative business opportunities. 

Based in the MIDC Taloja industrial area of Navi Mumbai, the company's 68,000-sqft state-of-the-art production unit is automatic with minimal human intervention required. The plant is built using German design and Chinese engineering and capable of producing various pre-sensitized CtCP plates and CTP thermal plates, in a variety of sizes for the Indian newspaper, packaging and commercial printing segments.

HL Printech Solutions is among the few Indian companies manufacturing printing plates in the country. After stabilising the plate production, HL Printech is closely looking at other printing consumables, notably pressroom chemicals and printing blankets.
