FIG rejoices success at Labelexpo Asia 2025
In close collaboration with a group of its principals, Flexo Image Graphics (FIG) successfully participated in Labelexpo Asia 2025 held on 2–5 December at Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC) in Shanghai, China. Rhyguan, Luster, and IUV were three of FIG’s principals which exhibited the latest arrays of machines and solutions encompassing label printing, finishing, inspection, UV LED curing, and more at the expo.

Gourav Roy, managing director of Flexo Image Graphics, informs that Labelexpo Asia 2025 turned out to be a prolific platform for generating new business prospects and a handful of orders had been finalised during the expo. He added, “In addition to a good number of trade visitors from India, we were overwhelmed to witness many from South Asian countries like Bangladesh and Sri Lanka who thronged to the expo with serious mindset of investing in modern machines and technologies.”
Among the crowd-pulling products and solutions which FIG with its principals presented at Labelexpo Asia 2025 were the Rhyguan RF-330 intermittent flexo press, Rhyguan Plus-330 converting machine, Luster inspection systems, IUV UV LED curing machines, and others. “Most of the trade visitors around our stalls on all four days of the expo left inspired with clear prospects for future business growth and expansion with the machines and solutions which we selectively exhibited,” Roy said.
Two groundbreaking Luster systems with which FIG attracted crowds of trade visitors during Labelexpo Asia 2025 were an offline inspection machine equipped with 8K camera of 450-mm width and new VP8 software. Another one was the offline Luster inspection system with A3 scanner. One day before the expo, there was an Open House event organised by Luster at its newly unveiled factory at Suzhou, China. It offered the visitors a rare opportunity for first-hand observation of how Luster is managing its operational efficiency and quality control.
Relatively new in the league of FIG’s principals, IUV is a manufacturer of cutting-edge UV LED curing systems designed expansively for the printing, coating, and converting industries. IUV LED curing systems are standardised to equip compatibly with varied range of machine brands and models from Rhyguan, Weigang, Dowell, to mention a few. Roy said that the company mutually interacted with all visitors from India and many others from South Asia, discussing about how machines and solutions from FIG would help them grow.
