Creofoil’s latest advancements in decorative printing are led by a fully automatic screen printing machine integrated with an inline UV dryer and coiling system. Keyur Vashi, joint director at Creofoil, highlighted the company’s cast and cure technology, a sustainable finishing process designed for high-end packaging.

The system, manufactured in India, utilises M-Cure technology rather than the traditional LED-based curing methods used by some other manufacturers. This process is primarily targeted at premium packaging sectors, including cosmetics, perfumes, and confectionery, where visual appeal is a critical differentiator.

A standout feature of Creofoil’s new technology is its focus on material efficiency. Unlike many foiling or decorative processes, where the carrier film is discarded after a single use, Vashi explained that their cast and cure rolls can be reused up to 10 times. He pointed to the economic and environmental benefits of reduced material waste. By enabling multiple uses of the specialised film, the technology offers a lower cost-per-print while aligning with the industry’s broader shift toward sustainable production.

The featured setup demonstrates Creofoil’s move toward high-speed, automated production. The integration of a screen press with a Creoscreen UV curing system allows for the rapid drying of coatings on diverse substrates, ranging from paper to PVC and metallic surfaces.

This automation is specifically geared toward booming sectors like the Indian packaging industry. Vashi emphasised the Made in India nature of the equipment, positioning Creofoil as a domestic solution for brands seeking high-volume, automated foiling without the need for imported machinery.

The 2026 showcase builds upon Creofoil’s existing reputation for UV-based hot foil printing, such as their CF 80 series. By integrating these units into full cylinder press lines, the company provides a complete solution for high-speed decorative printing.

The introduction of M-Cure technology marks a significant addition to their portfolio, offering a distinct curing method that supports the decorative metallic effects and textured finishes now in high demand across the domestic packaging market.
