Chennai to host Print Expo and Media Expo 2025
The Print Expo and Media Expo Chennai 2025 will run concurrently from 10-12 July at the Chennai Trade Centre. This co-located event brings together two established exhibitions, aiming to provide a comprehensive view of the evolving print and signage industries.

Print Expo Chennai marks its 15th edition as a key event for South India's printing sector. This year, it joins with Media Expo, which debuts in Chennai following 54 editions in Mumbai and New Delhi. The combined exhibitions will occupy 10,560-sqm and host over 200 brands, including more than 175 exhibitors. The events are being organised by Messe Frankfurt.
The Print Expo will feature offset and digital printing machinery, inkjet and laser technologies, paper bag manufacturing systems, and eco-friendly inks. Media Expo will showcase visual communication, branding tools, and signage solutions, including printing machinery and ink formulations. This collaboration is designed to reflect the convergence occurring within the commercial print and media ecosystem, offering access to industry innovations and facilitating business exchange.
Industry figures have commented on the strategic importance of this joint event for the media, printing, and signage sectors. The exhibitions aim to present solutions that address current business requirements. The Indian digital printing market is projected to grow, and the digital signage market is also expected to expand, indicating a dynamic landscape.
The event will include a seminar series on 11 July, addressing topics such as print-tech disruptions, AI-driven automation, and sustainability in printing. The 2025 edition also plans to highlight diversity and inclusion through participation from 'Girls Who Print'. Supporting associations from across India and Sri Lanka are backing the event. Exhibitors at Print Expo 2025 include Bindwel, Canon, and Konica Minolta, while Media Expo 2025 will feature Colorjet, Epson, and Pidilite Industries. The co-located shows are presented as a business-critical event for industry professionals.
