At Pamex 2026, Autoprint is showcasing an extensive lineup of post-press and finishing machinery, anchored by the launch of several new technologies designed for the pharmaceutical, FMCG, and commercial sectors. Harshavardhan Ashok, manager of international business and Thomas P, head of business development at Autoprint, detailed the company’s strategy of providing high-performance, feature-rich alternatives to expensive imported equipment.

A central highlight of the display is the Autoprint Fine Coat 105 Drip Off. This two-tower system is designed for high-end finishes, including UV, aqueous, spot, and matte coatings. A notable technical feature is its removable gripper system, which simplifies the cleaning of water-based coatings and extends the lifespan of the components.

Complementing the coating unit is the Dextra 89, an automatic die-punching and hot foil machine. Unlike previous models with horizontal foiling, the Dextra 89 introduces a vertical hot foiling system, which Ashok states provides superior aesthetic quality for premium monocartons. The machine handles sheets up to 24 by 35-inch and operates at speeds of 7,000 copies per hour.

To address high-volume production needs, Autoprint introduced the Blankmatic 108 2H, a new addition to their finishing family that automates the removal of waste from die-punched sheets. This offline automatic blanking machine features a dual-head design, specifically engineered to handle intricate and detailed stripping patterns at high speeds. Designed as a reliable, high-precision solution for medium and large-format printers, the Blankmatic 108 2H serves as a critical tool for finishing houses and packaging units looking to streamline their post-press workflow.

The company also emphasised its Checkmate Quality Inspection series, with over 100 units already installed globally. The Checkmate systems use sophisticated software and multi-camera setups — including top and bottom scans — to detect minute defects in printing, foil, and braille embossing at speeds of up to 650-m/min.

Rounding out the exhibit is a comprehensive suite of digital finishing solutions specifically tailored for mid-segment printers seeking versatility and efficiency. Key among these is the Reckoner 3DP 50, a variable data printing machine engineered to handle high-speed application of QR codes, barcodes, and serial numbers. The lineup also includes a range of specialised finishing tools, such as suction-feed lamination machines, perfect binders, and digital creasing and perforating units designed to prevent fibre cracking on premium stocks.

Additionally, Autoprint displayed advanced flatbed cutting technology, capable of precision-cutting a wide array of substrates, including sun board, straw board, and corrugated materials, providing a robust solution for diverse packaging and promotional demands.
