Anil Pimple, manager-technical service at Bobst enlisted the various accessories for the die-cutter and folder-gluers and their role in maintaining the efficiency of the machine
Tushar Bhotica of Shree Arun Packaging (SAPCO) shared his experiences pertaining to the technical aspects of folder-gluers
During the session, attendees raised queries with regards to faster makereadies, daily checklist before starting a machine, zonal patching among others
Khodke: “Maintenance of the machines should be diligently carried out as mentioned in the machine manual. Have a plan for daily, weekly, or monthly maintenance. Also, lubrication of the moving parts and cleaning the machine using specific chemicals is important”
The day-long session by the Bobst team laid emphasis on the do’s and don'ts related to them in the interest of improved productivity of the machines
