What is the USP of the machine?
The 16 folding pockets and 15 deflectors enable the machine to perform 16 folds with three cross folds. It can handle paper stock from 40gsm to 130gsm. It has the provision of closing the leaflet with tape as per export requirement. In addition, it is equipped with an inline inspection facility. We are the third company in the world to offer this type of machine.

What is the speed?
The speed of the machine with taping is 5,000 leaflets per hour and it will be 10,000 leaflets per hour without taping.

How flexible is the machine? 
The machine can be custom built as per the requirement and applications of the customer. The parallel knife system can be attached as required, which helps the customer to modify the fold positions depending on the applications.
