Please describe your company
Pearl Printers was established in 1999 by Ashwani Thapar. It started in a 2,000-sqft unit in Okhla and now operates out of a 30,000+-sqft facility. The company specialises in printing coffee table books, magazines, packaging for various products, and stationery like diaries and calendars for schools. It also has a division, Varun Printline, handling mono cartons, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic packaging.

When did you start to use the RMGT machine?
We purchased our first RMGT machine in 2014 and a second in 2017. We recently acquired a third one.

What are the properties of the RMGT do you like?

Is there anything that can be improved about the press?
The only concern is that spare parts can be quite expensive. However, installation was smooth, and the machine was fully operational within ten days.

If there’s a critical printing job that has come your way, would you rely on this to see it through?
Yes. We can rely on this machine for a wide range of tasks.

What’s the quality like?  
Used specifically for coffee table books and high-end commercial jobs, which demand top-tier quality, indicating that the output meets premium standards.

How easy is it to use and handle?

Were there any difficulties experienced during the use?
Apart from the cost of spare parts, there were no significant difficulties. Machine breakdowns, when they occur, are resolved promptly by Provin Technos.

Who do you think the RMGT is right for?
The machine is ideal for companies engaged in high-end publishing; commercial printing; and packaging (mono cartons, cosmetics, and pharma).
