Wonder Pac is a family-owned packaging and label manufacturing company with a strong focus on quality, consistency, and timely delivery. Over the years, we have built capabilities in narrow-web labels and value-added packaging, catering to FMCG, personal care, pharma, and industrial segments.

When did you start using the Jmetech N5-430?

We commissioned the Jmetech N5-430 narrow-web flexo printing press in 2025. The machine has been in regular production since.

What are the properties of the machine you like?

The robust build, stable registration, servo-driven automation, and modular configuration. It offers consistent print quality at high speed, quick job changeovers, and excellent performance.

Why did you decide to use the Jmetech N5-430?

We wanted a machine that could support multicolour label jobs, shorter runs, and faster turnaround times without compromising on quality. The Jmetech N5-430 fits this requirement perfectly.

What are the features that tilted the favour in this?

Key deciding factors were full servo drive configuration, stable web handling and precise registration, ease of operation, modular design allowing future upgrades and local technical and service support.

How have these features helped you in your production?

These features have reduced set-up time and changeovers. We can switch between paper, filmic substrates, and specialty label materials quickly, which is critical for today’s short-run, multi-SKU environment. Overall productivity has improved noticeably.

For what applications is the Jmetech N5-430 used?

The press is used for pressure-sensitive labels, FMCG and personal care labels, pharma and nutraceutical labels, and industrial and barcode labels. We have been printing 12-micron polyesters, laminate materials, shrink sleeves, along with self-adhesive materials on the machine.

Is there anything that you do not like or can be improved?

There are no major concerns. Like any advanced machine, there is a learning curve, but installation and commissioning were smooth.

If there’s a critical packaging job that has come your way, would you rely on this to see it through?

Absolutely. The machine has proven to be reliable, stable, and consistent, even for demanding jobs. We are confident using it for time-sensitive and high-quality packaging orders.

What’s the quality like?

Print quality has improved in terms of dot sharpness, colour consistency, and registration accuracy. Compared to older-generation equipment, there is noticeably less variation across long runs, which customers immediately appreciate.

How easy is it to use?

The press is operator-friendly with intuitive controls. A company with basic flexo know-how, skilled operators and a focus on quality and process discipline can comfortably adopt and benefit from this press.

Would you say that it offers value for money?

Yes, without doubt. When you consider output quality, speed, automation, reduced waste, and long-term reliability, the Jmetech N5-430 delivers excellent value for money. The return on investment is clearly visible in day- to-day production efficiency.
