First-time jitters
It feels absolutely great. We believe we are getting recognised among the best of our peers.

Hidden talent
The entire management board is from a non-printing background. We started Kaagaz, a year back.

Scale of innovation
I think innovations and value additions help build an edge over your competition. We are continuously learning and improving even the smallest aspects of the printing process. We also engage with our consumable and machine suppliers to keep ourselves updated about the latest trends.

Best compliment from customer
When customers insist to their agency that the job be printed at Kaagaz only despite certain negotiations on rate and delivery time.

Sustainability
Sustainability is always on the top of our minds. We believe in CSR and doing our bit towards the environment. We communicate and convince our customers about the single-use plastic ban. We believe in educating the people about sustainable growth. We use recycled paper.

Advice to printers
Be lean (about costing), be mean (about quality and rates).

Define a modern press
It should be neat, clean, safe and should have least human intervention. One thing we have done right is the flow of material at the press; the material never moves backward. We start at one end and the process ends at the other end.

Industry innovations in 2030
Digital and offset technologies will combine force.
