Vipin Tuteja, executive director, technology, channels and international business, Xerox India, said, “Print Bindaas has been catering to a wide range of audience in the web-to-print space and has been delivering innovative and personalised products to B2C audience since its inception. They foresaw the shift in ecommerce trend from a B2C to a B2B model and we are happy to having assisted them on their journey.”

The consumer side of web-to-print business has been in existence in India for quite some time now. However, in this association of Print Bindaas and Su-Kam; it is an interesting B2B engagement. The solution helps Su-Kam in faster and cost efficient management of their print and merchandise inventory, reporting, approval workflow, leading to greater control and transparency. It allows Su-Kam employees to place an order from anywhere in the country and ensure quick delivery through Xerox channel partners spread across the country. At the same time, Print Bindaas gets online orders from branches and marks its entry to the B2B web-to-print, and Xerox gets to print desired collaterals at the nearest production partner location.

Commenting on the development, Kunwer Sachdev, founder and managing director, Su-Kam said, “We are pleased to employ the services offered by Print Bindaas. It enables us to save on our resources while efficiently outsourcing print and merchandise through a reliable vendor.

With our association with Print Bindaas, we became the first company in the power back up industry in India to have introduced an easily accessible online platform for our internal stakeholders to procure marketing collateral. This has helped in smooth functioning of various verticals by increasing speed of execution as once the material is ordered online it is delivered at the requisite doorstep timely thereby helping our sales force to overcome various challenges like lack of standardisation, logistics, budgets over-runs etc., even in remote areas.”

“It also provides greater transparency and accountability in the system by decentralising the decision making process and enabling regional and local heads to evaluate their budgets and thereby monitor the costs according to their requirements. Going forward we plan to extend the platform and open it to our esteemed channel partners.”

Suraj Goyal, CEO, Print Bindaas, added, “We are pleased to be working with Su-Kam and believe that our solution would provide cost savings, quicker turn-around time and 24x7 access to marketing collaterals from anytime anywhere.”
