The AccurioPress C2070P is the successor of Bizhub Press C1070. The press offers a high speed dual scanning at speeds up to 240ipm; 1200x1200dpi resolution with 8-bit processing for smoother, more realistic images and boasts enhanced Simitri HDE toner for superior halftone and skin-tone reproduction.

Step Design Printways is a partnership business run by Ashish Rai, Anuj Bhadauriya and Manish Sachan.

Rai, a graduate from Delhi University, worked for Google before joining Vibha Press. Sachan comes from designing background and worked as a freelancer for more than seven years. Bhadauriya is a production expert with years of experience in the field.

Rai said, “Our print partners were not delivering our jobs as per the specifications and we were getting rejections from our clients. Thus, we found that own print production is the best way to come out from the problem.”

Bhadauriya suggested the press. “During our freelancing days, we received jobs printed on Konica Minolta printing presses and our customers were satisfied with the result. So there was no doubt during the decision-making process. We are especially happy with the after-sales services; we get same day service,” Bhadauriya said.

According to Sachan, freelancing has limited growth and saturation comes fast. “So if you have to grow, then you have to establish your own printing facility. We did the same,” he added.

Step Design Printways was established in 2014. “We were printing through sublimation before installing the digital printing press,” he said.

The company has already printed around 50,000 A3 (13x19-inches) sheets in last two months. The company achieved a turnover of Rs 1 crore in the last quarter. “There is no dearth of well-paying clients. It all depends on how you approach them,” he said.

Step Design Printways works for clients like Facebook, Tinder, Foodpanda and Amity University.
