Pamex 2020: Ample Graphics books six machines

Among them, the compact, high-speed Chengling Tech folder-gluer was bought by Bhiwadi, Rajasthan-based packager Ruchipack and the AOER fully automatic foil stamping machine on display at the exhibition was bought by Mumbai-based Award Offset Printers & Packaging, and will be installed at the company’s Silvasa plant.

Dishant Goel of Ruchipack said, “I was looking for a pasting machine for PET cartons for some time now. This is the best machine in China, but I was circumspect about service in India. Now that Ample Graphics is dealing with Chengling Tech, I immediately confirmed the order.”

Earlier, Ample signed three deals for Tiancen’s new high-speed lamination machine, KFM106MC. Tiancen is a China-based manufacturer of dry lamination machines. The three companies which signed the deals are Manohar Filament from Sonipat, Azure Press from Bahadurgarh and Dimple Packaging of Ludhiana.

The new model, KFM106MC, was launched in China in August 2019. Ample used the Pamex platform to introduce the machine to the Indian market.

Rajeev Jagga, director at Ample, claimed that the latest 2019 version of the Tiancen kit, KFM, is the fastest dry lamination machine to be introduced in India. “It is capable of achieving a speed of 100-mt/min,” he said.

Meanwhile, Bengaluru-based industrial and commercial printer Tholasi Prints opted for a LY-485C video positioning machine.

Varun Tholasi of Tholasi Prints, the company opted for the LY-412 because of the machine’s quality and the service provided by Ample Graphics. “We visited China and saw how the machine was being manufactured and the quality it provides. We observed that the video positioning system has high accuracy,” he said.
