P&G India to elevate LV Vaidyanathan as CEO

Procter & Gamble (P&G) has announced the elevation of LV Vaidyanathan as its India CEO, effective 1 July, 2022.    Currently, he is senior vice president and managing director for P&G, Indonesia.    

This move follows the elevation of Madhusudan Gopalan as senior vice president – grooming and oral care, P&G Japan and Korea.  

Gopalan will move on from his role as country head, senior vice president, for P&G’s India sub-continent.    

With over 26 years of experience, Vaidyanathan has worked across different functions at P&G and joined the company in 1996. Gopalan joined P&G in 2004, as regional manager and team leader, Metro India.
