Labelexpo Europe 2019: Smag Graphique’s new ICON platform
French printing, converting and finishing equipment manufacturer Smag Graphique would be launching their new ICON product line at the Labelexpo Europe 2019 show.

The product line would feature a multi-process ICONCEPT platform, which comes equipped with value added modules. According to the company, the modules incorporate a range of smart customisation features such as independent repeat size management, automatic length registration, cross foiling rotary heads for hot stamping, automatic plate loading, and contact waste matrix stripping.
Smag Graphique would also be launching ICONVERT, an offline or online digital converting platform, which is said to be fully servo-motorised and equipped with automated pre-settings for a smooth and efficient high speed production, even for short runs.
The company would be launching a fully-modular ICONTROL platform at the show. The platform is said to be compatible with all kinds of inspection systems, and integrates ERP workflow management and industry 4.0 standards.
