“We manufacture folding cartons. The machine has helped us cut down on inspection time while maintaining the required level of quality assurance. This means faster delivery of the right product to the client,” Bhargava said.
He added that the made in India aspect of the machine is a great advantage as it guarantees better service. This means higher up time and higher productivity.
He said the Checkmate, manufactured by Autoprint Machinery, has a good inspection engine which is quite capable of catching small deviations, especially in text. “This machine has enhanced our capability to service our clients faster, which is a big advantage today,” he added. Kumar Printers also has a Chinese inspection machine which has been running for the last five years.
Kumar Printers is into pharma packaging along with food and FMCG sectors. “We have post-press equipment for manufacturing value-added packages,” Bhargava said.
Started by MK Bhargava almost 50 years back, Kumar Printers began as a commercial printer and slowly reinvented itself into a packaging house some 25 years back.
