Dainik Bhaskar Jodhpur edition breaks records

In keeping with the tradition of creating and breaking records, Dainik Bhaskar’s silver jubilee celebration edition in Jodhpur published on 3 August 2022, broke three records, as it created yet another benchmark in editorial and innovation driven excellence for the print media sector.

The 72-page Jodhpur silver jubilee edition created three world records

The 72-page Jodhpur silver jubilee edition created three world records. One, a 900-kg, 17-ft long and 4-ft high masthead that celebrates the handicraft legacy of the city. Two, A masthead that for the first time ever, used silver, to commemorate the twenty-five years of Dainik Bhaskar in Jodhpur. Three, a tribute to the well-known local cuisine by creating a world record of 10,000 people eating the famous Mirchibara at the same time in Ashok Udyan.

This edition also contained specially curated content by the editorial team covering several firsts, such as a 20-country survey on the Marwari brand, CFOs of large conglomerates writing about Jodhpur, one of the largest surveys of city with the Rajasthan chief minister responding to all questions, the 25-year vision document presented by the director of IIT, an astrological insight to create the horoscope of Jodhpur and the first photo of 88x42 feet green wall protecting IIT from heat wave.
