"The event is aimed to emphasise the importance of offset technology and to bring out the differences between products printed using Offset technology versus those printed with other technologies. As a result, students from the non-printing background will also be able to relate their core discipline vis-a-vis printing technology better, when they are on the job after graduation." said Dr TKS Lakshmi Priya, head, department of printing, Avinashilingam University.
